I offer gentlemen tailored massage therapy primarily using Swedish/Western massage methods. I incorporate a range of techniques including long, slow flowing strokes (effleurage), kneading, hands-free, friction, stretching, passive joint mobilisation (PJM) and occasionally percussive (tapping) techniques.
All, of course, depending upon the needs of the client; the fundamental aim is relaxation and to help alleviate any presenting complaints, whilst reconnecting the mind with the body. Gift vouchers are available, ask for details.

MANKIND operates from a first floor therapy room.
45 minute targeted massage for specific complaint i.e. Sciatica, localised muscle tension or pre/post exercise treatment. General massage to relax incorporating techniques to target a presenting complaint. Please note; 45 minute treatment is not available on mobile massage service. Please allow 10 minutes for pre and post treatment consultation.
